Program Educational Directors
Educational directors of NHI are former participants who have since graduated from college, are gainfully employed, and desire to assist with NHI’s summer leadership initiatives in directorship roles; person in these roles must be over 25 years of age and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NHI pedagogy and field program experience; they must also undergo extensive training in project management and evaluation that include developing knowledge of specific programs and their requirements; person serving in these roles are provided with paid honorariums for their services.
